I don't like to talk about what I've done. Instead I'll talk about what I'll do in the next 3 years.  I'll create more community + culture through mindfulness, physical movement, food, entrepreneurship & social action. 

I've founded a new company called UNIITY, that will work to create the things mentioned above.  I'm also a partner & Managing Director of the new Woodfield Group, which will provide a beautiful natural space in Ontario for people to find pathways to creativity & health. 

I'll be teaching classes and training more people in a method I call "METTABOLIC"
